Seriously? That's worth a fortune for an investment in ICO and can i know if these investors really put that huge amount? And considering putting that amount seems the project is a promising one and not just a small time project.

I read the news and I just have it at the back of my mind that I would need serious convincing on what they needed it for before I can trust them with a penny because from my point, I can't phantom why a messaging service would want to raise money, is it that they want to build a data center or they want to compete with NSA or anything of such. They want fund, they should go to the capital market where they will be monitored very well.

this sale from Pavel Durov, the creators of the Vkontakte network are very much from the advertising of Ravana, but I doubt that we will be able to participate in this Ico.
