Telegram ICO will be a huge. But there is a rumor, that minimum investment is $25mln. on presale. So, probably, it will be hard to collect such a big money.

Cmon, 25mil $ min investment , be real. Then what would be the hardcap 1 biilion $ ? 

I do not understand why they need ICO, what are they gonna do? Change the base of Telegram to blockchain..

I don't agree because Telegram company doesn't need funds to make a project. They have everything. And they're a centralized company. No need for crypto fund raiser in their system. They want to benefit from the hype only.

There was no confimation regarding from Telegram and Durov himself, so for now it's just rumors and pure speculation

I have never seen official information - only some words of the former employee. Already slipped news about the fake ICO. While these are simple rumors and nothing more,unfortunately.I want to believe that the ICO for Telegram would be a logical step. We need to wait and carefully monitor the information.

Maybe the telegram owner does not want to lose the opportunity to grow his business. and this is a sign that the future of crypto is getting better.
the main reason is money, anyone wants to increase his wealth.
