I'd recommend to buy some altcoins. For example NEM, ADA, QTUM. They looks very attractive atm. I don't think we'll go deeper to the darkness once again, so I think it's the best thing you can do now.
I think it's too risky right now. It is better to invest in more stable cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and bitcoin. IMHO |

The best place for you to put that money is neo, just invest the money in neo, keep the coins safe, make sure that you back up the wallet and then just wait for the price of the coin to get better which it will. But also you might want to make sure that you are not putting all of your money in one place as it is best to spread it among a couple of coins

You can and should only consider cheap cryptocurrencies. No bitcoins. Ideally, something that costs less than a dollar, and better less than 10 cents.

The $500 is not a lot of money. If u are willing to take risks, u can invest in some good ICO. You can also buy some new small coins. For example: Oyster. It is now only $0.10. I think it has a bright future.

My suggestion to you is to buy a cheap coin, i will not name drop the coins but my suggestion is to buy a cheap coin. Because those cheap coin is good when pump comes, i assure to you that, because it's twice happened to me, i hold my coins and it pump up to 200%. So buy cheap coins but choose wisely. |

$ 500 is quite a small amount. If you break it into several even smaller amounts, it will be a very tiny investment. If I had only 500 dollars I would not invest. It is better to spend a nice couple of weekends with friends on this money.
