whattomine.com provides hashrates expected for different GPUs with mods such as overclock and undervolt. But I can't seem to find resources on how to complete the Overclock / Undervolt. Would appreciate if anyone can provide guidance on how to go about making such changes for GPU?

MSI Afterburner is what I have used and is what most people use for under and overvolting/clocking. Pretty much standard for gamers and miners. Searching online some more should show you some baselines for these modifications. You can also do em yourself by dropping a couple volts or increasing clock by a set amount and then benchmarking the GPU. If it runs, continue to lower, if it doesn't, raise the voltage and make sure it's stable.
