I am really thinking of pumping in some extra fiat when I look at those prices  Grin

I think, when you sold at the peak, you will have some more ETH & BTC free to spend...

Dont know at all, i am a little bit sceptical right now... maybe it could drop much more than expected... hm
Btc chart could start a real downtrend

so in your opinion cryptomarket is dead? great, sell your cryptos and put all your money in the bank... yeahhh.. JP morgan is the future,..technology, blockchain, tangle is a scam! (irony)

Ahm i dont say that the market is dead.. but it look at the btc chart... there could be a real downtrend

All of a sudden all of the currencies drop at the same time wow, this is bullshit, it's a damn staged act to panic people to make irrational sales, exchanges and transfers! I am gonna hold onto whatever i have even if it is worth a penny.

Everything is red, is it bubble burst? What should we do? I lost almost a half till now. Sell or hodl?

This is just a big correction yet everyone is selling on panic but hey this is cryptocurrency its very normal to pump and dump. What should you do right now? Better to relax and do but more great coins, always look for long term which is good for crypto market.

It's not a dip, it's a sale.  Wink

Agree to that! It's been a blood both for couple of days now so its more reason to buy again and build that portfolio! I'm possitive that it will eventually rise up again and no stopping  Grin

Best time to reenter certain markets and ride the wave back to their ATH - or mooooon.
Also, investing into solid ICOs - just in case

That`s true but I didnt sell anything at the peak and will for sure not now. I switched to a hodl mentality a few months ago, as trading almost burned me everytime. Grin
But it seems like we are not at the bottom right now...so no hurry for buying more.

Right. We can expect bit more fall in altcoins. However, its even better to buy coins we aim to buy as we can truly see the price being so low now. Though we may predict future, the current situation is felt and seen. So better to invest now. This would even increase the value of all altcoins as well.

Its all caused by sudden drop of Bitcoin. That causes all alts to drop in dollar value, and that activates stop-loss for alts, which in turn starts the mass-sales of alts. Its all automatic and based on quick drops of Bitcoin.

Selling when prices are low is what amateurs do.

You need to BUY when low. Not sell.

You sell when high.

I know in crypto markets many people do the opposite, they buy bitcoin when its $20000 lol. Or Ethereum when its $1400 lol.

Or neo when its $150 lol.

You should buy these at 0,2$ in the best case tho of course most of us missed that train. But there is still good opportunity in low market cap coins. And if you make sure you buy when cheap then you wont even lose money in a crash. And thats one of the most fundamental truths and important... Do not lose your original capital.

It was amazing to be part of Bitcointalk for a little while. Thankyou. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5316241.0

Hi guys.

I'm new on this forum. I have been investing i crypto since 2013 and never had much profit. I used to own many Bitcoins but sold them at $630 and left the crypto trading for good - Until this year.

The reason for the drop today is China who threatens to ban exchanges and crypto trading. It's not a burst bubble.

I'm buying today and lost a little, but I have no doubt I will gain. It is just a matter of time. Weeks, months.. well lets see.

https://www.c n bc .co m/2018/01/15/china-is-reportedly-raising-the-bar-on-its-cryptocurrency-crackdown.html

Just buy or HODL and take it easy.

Good luck

Thats where winners split from losers. Losers are afraid to loose money, they sell. Winners dont panic and buy more after the correction has ended. In the end of the day they make profit.

it really is, after some very high bubbles maybe this time the panic happens and make all the prices become red. I will keep hold of what I have and try to be patient.

I think this has ended up being a domino effect because of the fear. A lot probably sold at a loss today.. I hope that prices will recover soon, but when?
