I believed so many peoples feel like crying when look into your portfolio recently. Seeing all the coins drop 10-20% each day. So many people are in panic and some even cut lost and dump which make this happen. BUT i am a long term holder and waiting this big chance to get in for more! When everyone is panic, You should be greedy! Cheers everyone! Chinese New Year sale is going on now.  |

As Buffett said, "buy when there is blood in the streets and bullets whistling overhead." Now the moment is not the same, but it's close to that. I have already started to slowly buy up ETH and those alcoins that in my portfolio sank more than 20 percent.

Oh yeah thats true. Everyone is panic now days. I am not even checking my portfolio like i used to. But it shall too pass, within few weeks it will be all fine again.

Such points like now are nothing more than a great price to buy some btc. The previous history shows that such 10-20% daily loss are easily recovered on the next day (or maximum couple days) which makes such investments safer (ofc if nothing serious happened, but now everything seems fine). As Buffett said, "buy when there is blood in the streets and bullets whistling overhead." Now the moment is not the same, but it's close to that. I have already started to slowly buy up ETH and those alcoins that in my portfolio sank more than 20 percent.
I bet he would never say the same about cryptocurrencies  but anyway your message is clear. |

i am very sad to see today's portfolio all decreased considerably. i do not know what happened so people panicked. but i still believe it's only temporary. hold until next year. |

True! so i chose to just hold rather buy in more haha i caught BNB drop frpm $14 to $9.8 in one minutes, and now it's going back to $13 XD |

Its a good time to buy. I did put a lot of my winnings in BTC lately and since BTC is only down 13% I can get a pretty good price on some coins that are down like 30%.

All the alt is down, that is the moment all of us buy the coin we like, I saw it as chances to buy and make more profit and I am already imagine the profit that I am going to get, good investors know when the price go down, its the perfect time to buy

Today I buy TRON, IOTA, TNB, RIPPLE and DENTACOIN for as less as long no more :-)
Thanks a lot for all the cheap coins!
I am also a long holder and such days are great to put some new FIAT into the portfolio.

I think that what is happening today is a great opportunity to buy tokens at the best price, because in the near future I think you will not see such a price, so it's definitely worth buying. But of course it's worth trying to catch the bottom.

I just think, why people panic at times like this..If we assume bitcoin like in a supermarket can now be said to be a big discount. The cheaper the price people will be able to profit from the discount..if bitcoin is on a discount, surely I do not panic |

altcoin is great and many have lost the money for just holding the bigger ones because the money is losing when you buy it so it's better to hold it first

This reminds me of the epic "I'M HODLING" thread Anyways, I agree with you that everybody who sells now is just losing money. I will never sell at a dip, because it's just stupid. It's actually a good opportunity to buy more and then wait until the situation stabilizes. Altcoins are falling even more than Bitcoin right now, so it might be also a good idea to change some BTC for alts now. |
