KYC throught Bitcoin Suisse? Why you chose this company? Its most hard and inconvenient platform for KYC. You will lost a lot of potential investors and hard cap will not be raised.

Sorry you feel that way. The team has partnered with BitcoinSuisse for Batch A and Batch B, and they have been a great help. We are performing Batch C on our own hub at https://cardstack.com.

What hard cap here? You raised in ETH or in usd? Because ETH fallen a lot in last days, and 35 mln in usd too much. Price fixed in ETH?

The hard cap is in USD, $35,000,000 USD. The estimated CARD-to-USD rate is 1 CARD per 0.017 USD. The final CARD-to-ETH rate will be locked shortly before the start of the TGE.

35 mln usd is too much in this bear market and with current poor ETH rate. And you even dont have own blockchain. Why not reduced hard cap?

What do you think would be a better amount, Gembira? Cardstack has chosen this amount because it will cover operational expenses, licensing, etc.

Also noteworthy is that $27MM has already been raised, so only $8MM remains to be raised during Batch C.

One more delay of Token Generation Event..Anyway I guess all investors should agree with it. Team wanna make KYC/AML review more efficient and clear. Project shouldn't have any legal complains for longterm and healthy development.

Very high-quality article, I learned new about the project. I buy a lot of software to work on a laptop, I would buy one application and forever in the style of CardStack.

Do you think they would care to review it when they have tonnes of applications? I don't mind sending. But I extremely unhappy about not even knowing the reason for denial.

Applications will indeed be looked at, no worries on this. Reasons for denial can vary, from invalid/unacceptable ID's to bad scans.

When will be paid tokens for bounty participants? Spreadsheet are closed and there is no any information. In bounty theme 570 pages - in order to read this all in the hope of seeing explanations it's seems unrealistic.

Hi, everybody. For whatever reason, the team postponed the launch of the sale of tokens? Technical problems?

Most certainly, bounty participants will receive their bounties, but please refer to https://t.me/cardstackbounty for details. Thanks!

Hi, everybody. For whatever reason, the team postponed the launch of the sale of tokens? Technical problems?

The following is from the Team on why this happened (https://t.me/cardstackupdates/76):

Thank you to all who submitted KYC applications during our whitelist registration period which ended on Sunday May 20th.

Quote
We’ve received a remarkable quantity of applications, greatly exceeding our initial projections. Our automated process successfully screened out clearly fraudulent applications, which comprised only a small percentage of the applications received. We now have a backlog of thousands of legitimate applications that we need to manually review as required by Swiss regulations. Since you all spent a lot of time and care to prepare the required documents, we feel it is our responsibility to the community to review each and every one of the submitted applications.

Even with a team of 10 that has worked tirelessly to review documents since the start of the KYC period, it would take us more than the next 48 hours to be able to go through each application and arrive at an (approved or denied) decision based on the KYC criteria.

After discussion with our team and our advisors, we are updating the TGE start date to Thursday, May 31, 2018 13:00 CEST (Zurich) to accommodate the large amount of applications. Based on acceptance rates, we should be able to project and announce the individual caps for Batch C by Monday, May 28, 2018. For early Cardstack supporters, you will also receive notification of your individual caps which will be higher as a symbol of our appreciation. We will be updating the TGE dashboard to reflect this information in the next twelve hours.

We know how eager you are for the TGE to commence. Similarly, we are thrilled and grateful to reach this final step in our fundraiser with such strong support.

CardStack is a very good idea, highly revolutionary and they have not had any competitors with the same idea. The team of experienced in the finance industry (Fintech) and the field of blockchain is a great advantage that the project has.

Building a Token Vesting Contract: Enabling long-term relationships with members of a token ecosystem
https://medium.com/cardstack/building-a-token-vesting-contract-b368a954f99

Quote
All of us at Cardstack are excited about the vesting mechanism built into our ERC20 token. As we’ve shown above, we’ve built it in such a manner that ensures beneficiaries have guaranteed access to vested tokens. We’ve created tools to make it really easy to see the status of vested token grants and to start using vested tokens immediately within the Cardstack platform.
