I believe they could do this, but it would not be a decision made lightly, and there is no indication at this time that there would be a deviation from the plan of tokens being transferable no more than 30 days after the end of the TGE.

I'm already tired of waiting unlock tokens. And only 9 days out of 30 have passed .. But I hope for the rest of the time the market will stabilize a bit, and then a complete hell is going on.

Yes, for unlocking they are going to give some specific dates because now every ICO is doing same thing. Otherwise, people will kept asking for exchanges, so mean while they have plenty of time to list in the best exchanges and this makes them to lock the coins.
