It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

This can be normal if the fee was low. If you can give the transaction ID we can all look at it using the public blockchain monitoring websites.

At present, bitcoin transactions are taking place too much so it causes the transaction to be blocked again. I think you can check the tx code of the transaction at https://blockexplorer.com/.
If the transaction has been made and your bitcoin is not yet reached, you can be assured that the transaction has been processed. If you do not have a transaction, you probably lost that money.
