This is strange, 99% news on cryptopanic are positive, yet everything goes down...whith news
like this, we would be up 100% in a week in May 2017
Yes, something incomprehensible is happening in the market. I hope this is not the beginning of a big correction. I do not want again many projects to be affected (ICO) because investors will wait for a correction of the situation and will not invest in ICO.

I think it is because of the trend in the market that many people are selling. Such trend, causing the number of supply to be more. Because of more supply, the price of a coin becomes lowered.

That doesn't explain at all sudden 40 billion drop in overall market cap in less than 1 hour

The cryptomarket is highly dependent of the bitcoin price, most of the alts dropping because bitcoin is dropping.

all subcoins are heavily influenced by bitcoin and ethereum prices in the crypto currencies. because the subcoins bases consist of these. All prices are falling as the volume of money in the market decreases as an extra.

Anyone who understands the principle for more than a year already understands that after a deep correction or fall, there is always growth, you must be patient and wait for the moment that will be the most profitable for you, but it's better not to be greedy or you will get a new correction.

So you think someone is greedy atm?

vague statements like "after rise always come correction" and "after correction always come rise" don't help much

this is undoubtedly bitcoin. he was at the top of the pedestal, so he stayed. further - ether, with its high technological and progressive views. well, Ripple remains, to enable international banks to effectively transnational transfers. only these, in my opinion, the coins are able to stay afloat for a long time, and this year they are predicted as taking off.

Yes, as it is today. All coin prices in crypto have decreased. All that happens because the price of bitcoin decreases, in crypto, bitcoin pioneered altcoins for its development. So if the bitcoin price decreases, then altcoins will also follow the current. In my opinion, bitcoin prices are declining as the amount of demand for bitcoin purchases is now being reduced. While people do not buy bitcoin not because they do not want to, but because the price is so expensive that they mind to buy it.

Many people just want to cash any and all possible benefits which they have made at this moment by sale of panic. The price of bitcoin is too high. To invest.

Now there is an unprecedented crap going on in the part of the countries of the rising sun. There was the largest crypto market that they decided to close or limit. Also, Korea became friends, now the cryptocurrency will suffer for a long time.

The price of altcoin will, of course, continue to fall as BTC prices fall. But this should only be temporary.

I think that here again the political influence affects. And this is no longer market management. I think now the best option is to wait for the bottom and bought.

any body know the reason for current drop?

It is obvious that operate.
1) Too young - hamsters don't understand yet how to play in this market.
2) Because too young, respectively and small. Volumes not to count on stability.
3) It is too easy to operate crowd of those hamsters from item 1.

this is a natural thing in a market there is a decline. it's a good start to make short-term investments when buying down in a stay waiting to rise then it will benefit

In my opinion, there are three main reasons for decline of bitcoin in recent weeks.
Each of them is rather difficult and isn't absolutely obvious therefore write about them a little and even less they analyze.
Reason #1: Fear of the ban of cryptocurrency at the state level
Reason #2: Approach of term of the expiration bitcoin futures
Reason #3: Traditional decrease in market activity in January

I suppose that altcoins price up and down depends on Bitcoin stability or maybe it is just a cycle of the market, as when the market had reached the peak, it of course will take a down. And I think there are still many reasons for this dump in prices as it has been witness currently. Thus, when all of reasons are answered, the price will rise again.

I think bears are affecting the market again. That seems pretty obvious, because since March, the market had been stable, on the strength of a couple of weeks. And so have him the fall, then growth, on all positions.
