any body know the reason for current drop?

The market price is always depending on demand and supply of every coins and that is the reason that the price is fluctuating, another thing is that investors will also affect the price.

I am sure it is connected with Microsofts announcement to ban cryptocurrencies on their search engine Bing. I consider this rather good news. Microsoft has missed so many trends in the last dekade, they seem to have lost any instinct regarding new innovations and where the market is headed. In this case I assume they simply followed Google. I recommend to do the same to them and ban them from your computer, there are plenty cryptofriendly alternatives like the search engine duck, check it out. In a few days the smoke and dust will certainly have settled and things are back to normal. These type of news often just have a temporary impact.

Investors prefer coins that develop and become more advanced over the time. BTC is dropping. It's dropping due to loss of interest to it. The Chinese and Korean government is about to close exchanges and ban BTC transactions, and China's trading volume is huge for the world's BTC exchanges.

The current market conditions continue to fall. I think this is a sign that the next bear market will come again. This is really a bad news, but I will continue to hold my token. I believe it will rise again and I will hold my token for a long time.

May be the announcement of some countries like china and korea of banning bitcoin in their country affects the popularity of bitcoin and creates panic of some people to sell their invested crypto.

This dropping is just normal because these coins could not have a continuous rise in value. There will always be a decline in value because it is a part of its nature. We control these coins so it would basically have its ups and downs because not all the time people invest in coins, not everytime people sell coins, it is only natural to have it's value drop.

Today, the market fell due to the fact that it has been growing for several days. This is a normal market correction. I think that soon the growth will begin.

Why did the coin fall? They fall. There are always periods when the trend is up and down. Of course ,at the moment of market decline, it seems that everything is collapsing and it is not necessary to contact the market. However, those who have long been in this business know that this is normal market behavior. The most important thing when the currency fall-time to make a purchase!

It is a correction my friend. There was too much excitement in Q4 2017 and it was not sustainable growth. Ultimately the market needed to come back to healthy levels.

Lot's of alts only trade against BTC or ETH. While these two going down, the dollar value of the alts go down too. But some of the alts are still worth the same calculated in BTC or ETH Smiley Smiley

The crypto market is currently very unpredictable and anything is expected of it, there are some slight upward movement but that doesn't mean we are officially past the red zone. The market will recover, but at a gradual pace, and over a period of time.

They're down because people don't understand it and change it for worthless fiat money...meanwhile,
people who produce fiat can do it much cheaper (just need some paper) than miners can mine coins,
so basically smart ones (those in control of fiat printing) will cheat "working class" once again

5% people at most understand whats this all about

I think bears are affecting the market again. That seems pretty obvious, because since March, the market had been stable, on the strength of a couple of weeks. And so have him the fall, then growth, on all positions. Smiley

a very steep price drop, can be caused by several things. One of them, namely due to panic sell, many people sell their altcoin. Therefore the price plummeted. Besides, it can also happen due to negative news about cryptocurrency, for example, news that China and Korea ban cryptocurrency.

Coins are all dropping because bitcoin is dropping and bitcoin is dropping because there is too much supply of bitcoins in the market and not enough demand to match it up.

probably because the price of bitcoin and ethereum goes down so people sell their altcoin to switch to bitcoin or ethereum, and that's why altcoin prices go down, and bitcoin and ethereum prices go down because those who sell them panic when they see bitcoin and ethereum go down a bit and sell it straight away for fear it will not rise again (according to my prediction).

I agree with your opinion this is all happening because people start panic with bitcoin price down so many people sell it, so that's the bitcoin price down
Altcoin capable of decreasing will be influenced by several factors. as influenced by the declining interest rate. because with the declining level of enthusiasts are able to lower prices from Altcoin. there are also those influenced by the increasing number of Altcoin sellers, as more and more coin sells, Altcoin is able to get off.

Without decreasing its price, it is not possible for all altcoin to increase their price. I have seen many drops like this before but bought them and sold them at higher price. Don't bother about the market and it is right time to buy them in the market.
