Ehtereum is the best coin to invest in after that you can consider Power Ledger , Bitclave , ethlend , Centra , CAG these all coins having working product and great team as well as high  potentiality you can even do some more research before investing.

The cryptocurrency market is recovering after a sharp drawdown. NEO offers great technical and fundamental hopes. For those who want to buy there is good news NEO / USD is moving in the uplink which is a zone of local, diagonally shifting Demand and Supply.

Definitely!
Altcoins are no worse than bitcoins, many have their cool technologies.
And after their implementation, they will even be able to break the price of the bitcoin, but this takes time.
But there are also dummies, so you need to carefully choose projects Cool

Can you tell me what parameters you look for when you're assessing an ICO?

As of now a days all altcoin's prices are lower thank before, as you wanted to withdraw you investment from bitcoin but you will also bear loss assuming you bought it with high price, i think you should wait for some time to save yourself from bearing loss, but if you must withdraw then i suggest you to invest in ETHEREUM, bitcoin cash and litecoin

Check out BITCLOUD in my signature below.
It is a working currency tradable on cryptopia and has see a good bit of activity in the last number of weeks
and is still quite low in value, perfect to get in early.
there is a dedicated wallet develloped already with a mixing service built in for privacy  Grin

I usually prefer to analyze altcoins by their ICOs, so currently there are some which looks most favorable for me now: OMG, Request Network, maybe Waves also. Those ones are x10 potential within this year with no doubts.

Given the current drop and FUD, which altcoins are likely to recover back? Currently invested in Bitcoin but I'm thinking of converting to another coin.
Suggestions?

I think ethereum is giving good buying chances in these times. And also I think IOTA, waves and monero might be good choices to catch good profits.

I would look into Crowdholding.

They have just finished their successful ICO, but you can still get hold of their alt coin (The Yupie) by logging onto their website and co-creating with startups through feedback and ideas. I really like the platform and I think they are a few startups from getting huge.

It was predicted that the market would collapse and all the trash coins will need to consolidate to survive. I think that it will be so.

Bitcoin at the moment is at the bottom point. Many do not understand that I'll soon begin to cry from the fact that it will be worth 20,000 dollars that's right to buy a blah but also he advises buying such altcoys as a decred.

i highly recommend waves, neo, of course ethereum. waves and neo because of their performance last year, they really have potential for gains. ethereum, mainly because most icos now use ethereum as their platform.

Ethereum, Litecoin and Monero are good choices, if you're currently a bitcoin holder I think it would be great for Hold and wait for the right time to sell it
