For one thing I was not alerted by email when trades happened.
Second I had to write a spreadsheet to figure out what they actually charged me.
Thirdly they both log you out in miniscule time periods.
And I NEVER get the TH capcha right the first time (blind as a bat and all that rot)
Fairly unprofessional compared to the brokerage accounts I have used.

mean people on this forum suck, don't they? Another thing I don't like about Tradehill is how they force you to write things down from one page to remember them at the trade page, e.g., current price. It's always bad form to require people to memorize or write things down as they navigate your site.

I am one with you on the CAPTCHA business. I haven't had any trades on Tradehill so far because prices are too stable and I've only just joined. Mt. Gox is okay, there is just the 0.03 percents BTC charge, right?.. will be much more action on the exchanges come the next RALLY!...  |
