I've created this topic 17 days ago, yet CEX is AVOIDING replying the topic!

My ticket was created: November 29, which means almost 50 days passed without an answer for my question.

I can't withdraw my money, but if you are reading this and you can; you better do and switch to another exchange...

I can see too many people are disappointed with Cex.io and I am one of those. There are too many delayed/not completed/missed transactions and their support is not responding or solving issues.
