You might be able to manipulate coins with low market cap that have low buy and sell walls. Since theres not many orders from both sides it is posiblle to jump in with lets say 1k-2k$ and simply time the market and start to do some small pump & dump but the question is here will it be worth it? Because when you start to pump some people might feel it's great to sell at that price so you might even lose money if many start to sell.

Of course it's high risk. If you're not fast enough you wouldn't be able to ride the pump and/or sell at the peak, making you lose money. Besides the whole thing is just horrific, the owner of the group buys some shitcoins then tells the group that the coin would be pumped so everyone would buy. It's mainly profitable for the owner, it's not worth it.
