Then again:

Why did you lie to us about the used hashing algorithm.

My design team told me it was whirlpool.

They told me they changed in last minute of release.

Copy of QRK?  Huh
QRK is a copy of CPC.

So why do you use Q for your addresses and not C?

Q is for Quark Smiley

Just so that you don't overlook this questions:

It appears that CPUcoin developer and the owner of quarkcoin.net domain is the same person. There was report about malware distributed from that site, the site itself looks like an attempt (miserable) to hijack Quark project.
Here are contacts appeared on quarkcoin.net, cpucoin.ideacraft.org and in modified bitcointalk.org posts (I was too late to catch initial versions), use google to get cached versions.
cpc[at]digriz.biz
james[at]digriz.biz
icq 4556688

Damn, and I've mined 71680 of those coins!
That is complete nonsense.

https://twitter.com/quarkcoin

Didn't you tell us you had nothing to do with the quarkcoin.net guy?

As marketing guy you surely can explain this.

Second:

Copy of QRK?  Huh
QRK is a copy of CPC.

Then i'm pretty sure you will show us your GitHub repo where we can see that your code is older.

And i'm also very sure you will explain me why github repo of quarkcoin state that it is a fork of sifcoin.
I assume sifcoin is a clone of cpu coin as well?

So?

TIA

should be genproclimit=1

in the console window inside the client, you can also simply turn mining on and off with

setgenerate false
setgenerate true

or add the amount of threads/cores you want to use

setgenerate true 1
setgenerate true 2

and so on...

Where is the 150,000 giveaway?

The giveaway was locked and no one received anything. Also not on the first page at launch.

Same here, on the first page and got nothing. He is trying to pull off a massive scam.

Mine was the 8th reply and I got nothing. Not sure what he is trying to pull off here. There will be a public lynching if there is no giveaway.

Back to mining Quarks.

Back to mining Quarks.

Same here, I was number 9 in line and didn't receive anything.
I'm pulling all my miners off this crappy scam and go back to XPC.

I strongly advise everybody that was cheated out of his 150.000 coins to visit the profile page of Rumbitla and give this scammer some negative trust.
Here's the quick link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=126519
Be sure to check the box: "This rating is negative -- the person is not trustworthy"
