Hi there, thanks very much for the reply - much appreciated.
I checked Etherscan and it confirms that nothing has left the wallet. Blockchain.io have not provided the actual transaction hash as far as I am aware, only an order number for ShapeShift...
I can put in a ticket over there if that is the best thing to do? (Sorry if I am being ignorant, your help is appreciated!)
Oh! So you mean the funds weren't even sent to shapeshift? From what I know, Once you confirm your order, the funds will automatically be deducted and be sent to shapeshift
*should look like this:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2783163.msg28454968#msg28454968If that's the case, the problem is on blockchain.info's end and unfortunately, they're the only ones who can solve this.
Blockchain.info has proven itself to be a buggy wallet and explorer so it'll be better to just ditch it lol.
Anyways, This is not a solution but you should be able to access your funds again after you imported it to a different wallet
e.g. eth --> Eth wallet
1). Export your private keys
2). Import your private keys to any eth wallet (

3. Use shapeshift directly to convert eth to btc (
