escrow agents?

Can you suggest any escrow agents / agencies that can operate both ETH and fiat?
The amounts of transactions 5000-10000 ETH.

We are looking at:
1. tokenmarket.net
2. chip-chap.com - the social accounts of this service are blocked. Is it alive?
3. openledger.info / openledger.io
4. arbi.expert - not so many clients. Is it trusted?
5. payfair.io

To insure our ETH clients - we want find an escrow to keep ETH and transfer fiat to sellers at each stage of a deal.

I think you can find them on the service section but many escrows are accepting bitcoin as their only payment in my knowledge,so you can contact them pesonally about accepting the other coins as their payment.

*Edit:I just found the Escrow serivces available on this thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.0 .Most of them are accepting ETH also,I hope this will help you.
