Personally I prefer ETH as I think it is more valuable and has more of a use. What you could do is a 50/50 and that way you get the best of both worlds.

Of course right now ETH because lot of upcoming ICOs is under ETH network and almost of them has a very big potential in the future. Waves is good also for long term hold but if you compare both I'll chose ETH.

Ethereum can rise to as much as $ 2,500 this year but the waves can be $ 200, which means more profit.

These two are strong coins but I think Eth is more bigger than all alts right now, Eth pretend to reach Bitcoin in 2018, but because of low price of Waves its better to invest in Waves.

think the waves build are direct and there are next to no organizations with waves that is wahy I will express that the extension of the cost of waves will be direct while ethereum has a not too bad gathering of developers and they are working for its headway and for its thriving more speedier than the designers of waves. There are furthermore various organizations open with ethereum coin so I will bolster for ethereum.

It can go past $5,000 with enough support from the Ethereum community. It's already $100.00 over $1,000.00

I think waves doesn't have big potential because many new platforms appear now and they looks more powerfull than waves.

Why do you think so? At least one successful project was implemented on the Waves platform?

I hold them both. ETH is the strongest altcoin, and it will continue to grow, storing ethereum is always safe.
The waves have just started to do good things, and it has good developers. Sasha is a very smart person and he certainly has a development plan.

Both Ethereum and  Waves are good coins and both will give you good profit if you plan it for long term. At present Waves is very cheaper and it has a good potential to rise in future on the other hand  ethereum is very strong and dominating after bitcoin. For short term, you will earn good profit from ethereum rather than Waves. I would suggest you to do 50-50 investment in each altcoin.

Both Ethereum and waves are good coins. But in my opinion Ethereum has more potential to grow-up and it in demand in present scenario then Waves. Eth can give more profit then Waves.

my advice is better to hold back the eth you have. maybe mid year eth price will reach 2000 $ even more it's my prediction. look at it in the last 4 months eth price jumped from 400 $ to 1000 $ +.

I have 3 ETH and i want to buy some Waves and hold it for long time. Which will be the best option? Buying Waves or Hold ETH!

I don't think this is the right time to sell your ETH right now just to buy Waves,
Waves is still not stable now, ETH is better for now for long-term investments.

Both the coins are good for long term may be you can buy some waves also, because waves also have a strong platform and it can perform well in 2018.

I would think Ethereum will have a large influx in price over 2018 and I would definitely be inclined to keep money i this currency. I would advise you to HODL until the end of the year and then you will see massive gains for this crypto. When also converting alts to ETH make sure not to take it all out. HODL again until Christmas !
