I've been mining for a short time and I am always looking for a reasonably priced miners, I've come across a few sites other that Bitmain selling Antminers but I am a bit worried about buying from some of them could anyone advice me what sites are good and more importantly what sites you would advise not to buy from.

Thanks

The only legit reseller that I know of is Eastshore. Even, the markup is around 100%. They are NOT official resellers (bitmain doesn't have those) but I've ordered from them and the unit arrived.

Yeah, Eastshore.xyz is legit, but they have a big markup in the price for mining hardware.

But PSU's are quite reasonable price, even with the shipping cost added.

https://blocksminer.com/

I am praying to god this guy is legit, he seems nice enough over email but that still doesnt make me feel good about BTC/wire $7k over the net with no recourse.....

I told the guy if he is real he will likely end up selling me 10 or 20 more machines in the future if he just charges a fair price and treats me right..

Thanks

Fist and foremost be aware that Bitmain does not use nor support ANY resellers. Even if a reseller is legit you have NO factory warranty protection. Warranty issues are strictly between you and the reseller.

That said I would trust only Myrig.com and Blokforge.com as a US based reseller. Myrig also repairs s9 miners so not too concerned about warranty there. Not sure how Blokforge handles Bitmain products but as an authorized distributor for Canaan's Avalons I *would* trust them at least as far as sales go.

Personally, I say screw Bitmain and get Avalons. They don't break anywhere near as much as the s9's do.

We sell on Amazon and have over 500 reviews with a 100% feedback score. Just watch out for cryptocrane.info, they're a scam site that is impersonating us.

Can confirm - I've purchase from them a couple times and their shipping speed and customer service has been great. A bit more than I wanted to pay but I trust Amazon and didn't want to risk a pre-order from Bitmain directly.

Anyone else deal with CryptoCrane? I sent them a PM here on the board, and also a public note on the V9 thread that I'd done so, and they ignored me entirely. If they're a legit seller, I'm not sure I'd understand why they would ignore a potential customer who's asking about payment methods.

I told them in PM that I'd be fine just using PayPal. They seemed legit enough to trust... but then ignored me... so maybe my trust was misplaced?

Can anyone vouch?

I've taken a quick look and they seemed legit (Trust history, amazon feedbacks, youtube etc..)

In any case you will be fine as long as you will use a reversible payment method or/and it is covered by amazon's buyer protection (return policy, refunds etc.).
Be sure to check the product's warranty terms.

But is there any reason why you can't buy in bitmain? The price is less there: https://shop.bitmain.com/main.htm?lang=en

The min order quantity at Bitmain is five. I wanted one to use as a demo unit, and like the price point.

Hey vegascoinpool, most of our potential customers message us directly through our Amazon store - so please accept our apologies for not monitoring bitcointalk more closely. We do accept PayPal on our eBay store for the V9.
