From month of April, ICO are getting failed and they are not able to pay their bounty hunters. Some of bounty managers transferred tokens but that tokens are not listed on any exchange. I will suggest you to participate in those bounties that are paying in ETH or BTC. Bad markets make projects unable to call capital successfully. It's a common situation, all bounty hunters are going through the same situation as you.

Most bounties I joined has become successful in ICOs this year however price of token is 90% less ICO price when listing on exchanges and its not good to bounty hunters like us I hope many managers start to pay us in eth and not in token some changes will be made.

What you mean by success? If the coins that you got out of a bounty campaign are going down in value then how can you say that the ico has been successful, if a project has good developers and they have a good idea and they work hard to make it a reality then the coin will become successful and naturally its price will go up so if the price has not go up and instead is going down then most likely that ico is a failure.

Nowadays people wont invest in ICOs whose team members are standing behind the curtain. Thats the reason why many icos fail. Another important thing is check whether the team have their mvp ready. If these two things are there then join in that bounty. Definitely it will manage to reach softcap and you will get paid for your hardwork.

I agree with you that the team is an important part of a project. but there are lots of ico hadcap but the payment for the bounty hunter is still postponed, this is a result of the decrease in the price of bitcoin followed by other coins.
procrastination is part of the strategy to stay in this situation.

Then the best thing you got or learned from them is their similarities.  I'm sure that you have noticed the there is a pattern in those projects that have failed on their ICOs. Use them so next time that there is only a small chance that your efforts will be in vain again. You can also try this trick which is that you will only join in the middle where you can see that the ICO project is very close in closing their softcap.
