Calm down and try all possible solutions.

1) Contact carrier and see possibility of changing without Bitmain (unlikely).
Some carriers will attempt delivery several times, and then hold for pick-up at their office before returning package.

2) Contact Bitmain agents.
They have address change instructions in 2016 for China:
https://bitmain.kf5.com/hc/kb/article/162423/

They also have Wechat chat representatives. Not sure if open to international clients.

Good luck.

Thanks for your advice, i have emailed them too while referring my emails sent to bitmain support etc.

The phone number listed in google does not work.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

That's not gonna help here, but!
Next time, just fill out your profile BEFORE placing an order.
Fill out shipping address, telephone number etc.
So when day comes when preorders are open, you are already logged in, you just click BUY NOW, CHECKOUT and it's done.

Well... Keep trying to contact their support.
When I contact them , I always get respond within couple of days. Usual it's semi-automatic response about their miner being sold out etc.  Cheesy, but at least there is some answer. Keep trying. I wish you luck.
