Newbie can not Join Bounty Program?

Some are accepting newbies but it is super rare. Mostly, you need to rank up so you can join bounty programs.

No, standard and very common is that you should reach Jr. Member rank before joining.
The purpose is newbies should learn the basic of all before you step on the next stage, but you can avail faucet and air drop while waiting for your account to go up.

You have to be active. Increase your activities to requirement to level-up your account status. Only then we can join signature campaigns. But there are some instances that do not need high-ranking status, but only few. Make a quality post and reply.

If you want to join any signature bounty program .you must increase your rank newbie to j.member then you can join any bounty program .But if you have more then 500fallower on twitter and more then 1000friends on facbook you can join twitter and facebook bounty program

My recommendation is you should wait a little bit, spend a couple of days/ weeks to be familiar with forum's rules, user interface, threads, etc. That's important to be constructive for getting merits to be ranked up. You can learn experience by reading threads which have already received sMerits

There are many bounty campaigns that you can join.You can try facebook and twitter campaigns. Most of them only requires 200 friends/followers.
And the easiest bounty campaign is telegram bounty you only need to join their telegram and don't  leave that's it.

Yes youre right, newbies like your rank cant join on signature bounty campaigns but you join on social media campaigns as long as you have the requirements needed.

you should first increase your rank, so that you can join campaign, mostly they require member rank, but in altcoin, there are lots of campaign for jr. member rank

You need 6 weeks since the day you created your account to become a Junior member. Of course, you have to post at least 30 threads to get 30 activities, which is minimum posts for being considered to rank up to Jr. member. Additionally, most of bounties require participants are Junior member (at least) to join. Sometimes, they will accept newbies, but very rarely.

Junior member doesn't require your account has merit points. Only Members required those points. So dont worry too much, after reaching Jr. member, you will have to face with more difficult challenge. For now, take it easy because you only need to move up to Jr.Member from newbie. It's easy.

Yeah. There are many Twitter campaigns, some of them require only 50 followers, most of them require more than 1, 2 hundred followers. So you can start with social media campaign if your account satisfies campaign's manager requirements. Don't try cheating the system, both of the forum and of Twitter platform.
You should also to read more topics/ threads to get more knowledge, experiences, especially from higher ranked members.
And, most importantly, please remember that the original ideas of bitcointalk forum is creating place for discussions about bitcoingarden issues, then expanded to altcoins-related problems.
Don't pay too much attention to earn free money, knowledge is more important.

If you are following the activities on this forum especially on the bounty page, i think you may find campaigns that need newbies   although newbies are scarcely needed but junior member rank are most common.

Spam post are most created by newbies, and since MOD and other staff are making the rules tight since spamming is becoming too much on every page and they want to lessen it, so they give warning to all bounty managers that they will shoulder all their bounty hunters' posts (Showing their signature and all) and give them advice that increases their preference when it comes to accepting applicants. that is why many doesn't accept newbie.

I dont think with newbie status you can join the programmes. Its better to be with the forum and gain status first, till then trade.

There are too many spam accounts being created. even if you are a newbie there`s an alternative bounty that you can join with just looking for bounties that accept newbie like Facebook campaign and twitter campaign. But it's better to rank up just first because it's better if your rank is higher because you earn more on signature campaigns.
