Stellar is on a pump for the present so i don't think stellar isn't that good for this list. The rest are fine.

This is the safest option. I think ETH will certainly show itself again. That's what concerns other currencies, the best way to mine will be the DGB, Lightcoins, Doge and ETZ. Let's see with time what is best of it. But I think that it's best to invest in projects when they are at the development stage.

With that money I would go with bitcoin, on any day bitcoin is better than any other coins. Bitcoin is more profitable when compared to the other coins, other than bitcoin few altcoins looking good likes of ethereum, IOTA.. so then I would prefer those coins.

If i had 7500$ i will buy some popular Altcoins  Litecoin,  Waves , STRAT, XRP, ETC.
I will buy some bitcoins $5000 because it drives the crypto currency market.
I buy Ether $5000 because is the next potential bitcoins because of its involvement in ICO.
Then i will invest some good ICO.

$7,500 is not something to scoff at.
That money will get lost if you invest in those coins.

I would invest those money into shares, I love trading on a stock market. What I wouldn't do, is invest it in to a bitcoin, specially not at a current price, I think it's too high. Especially after Co-Founder Emil Oldenburg sold all of his bitcoins and have told the press that, when people realize they will be selling it and that's the riskiest investment you can make.

I'll go for Steem, it's a very promising coin that has a transaction speed of 3 seconds with 0 fees. Good enough to invest for long term, and I will surely invest on Litecoin and Etherium with definite gain in the long run.
