Anytime is actually the time to invest in bitcoin and as early as now, i guess it is best to invest in it rather than later. Now that bitcoin value is way too low compared to last year, this is the perfect time to invest in it because if you wait for a few weeks or so, there is a huge possibility that bitcoin value may be a bit high which will significantly affect your investment.

As for the amount you should invest... Well, invest only what you can afford to lose. Because before making any profit, you may lose money.
