I would suggest you go directly to an escrow to see if they can provide this service for you.  There are plenty from the US but dont know if they would do this or not

They charge you per lb and not volumetric, and they have options to consolidate and use shipping service of your choice (UPS/FedEx/DHL).
Insurance is 2%.

I have received the Miners from sidehack he purchased, provided pictures of miners and packaging and provided him with reshipping quotes. I am waiting a response from him now and suggested he use you philipma1957 for escrow if he felt escrow was needed for 35 bucks in shipping chargers lol. Once payment is received his miners will be shipped out same day.

thanks for your answer but either you may not have understood my question or I am not getting it.
Its clear that the service from us counterpart is up to him/her.
but again my question is more related to the shiiping costs and costom tax costs.

can you please answer me that as depending on your answer its might worth odering something from us forum sellers.
