What will happen if eth is discounted, will you still request the same amount of money on ETH? Sure there is a goal, a budget needed to sponsor the crowd to ensure the success of the project? And what will drive the project to develop in the long run (in both value and product)?

what the project have long time ?

There isnt a bounty thread for Senc. However, they do have some activities in telegram/wechat. For example, the wechat has tshirt gives away of Senc shirt etc. Many of the chinese community are getting the tshirts and taking picture to show the apprection of receiving the tshirt.
