Hello. There are some problems on your ETH pool.

I'd started my miner in 1 May. It's sgminer-gm on Radeon R9 290X. It gives 26,5 Mh/s.

When uptime was 18 hours, I'd opened dashboard to look my balance. Last reward was in 29 Apr, Est. reward was 0.00001805. Very low. Usually it's 0.0008 - 0.001 with my hashrate. I'd wrote to tech support, and my est. reward increases to normal. Thank you.

When uptime was 23 hours, I'd opened dashboard again. I see Est. reward as 0.0011. Good. But every minute in was lower. When it was 0.0004, suddenly it increases to 0.003! I started to capture a video. Watch it with rewind. https://yadi.sk/i/u7fvLT0h3VBe6M

I didn't stopped a miner, but reward was lower in every minute. At final, pool found a block #5544254 and I'd got 0.00044826. Why did it show 0.003 at some point?

Dear Sirs
I have just added 2 Innosilicon D9 placed (received togheter) to Decred pool with 2 separate accounts and 2 separate internet connection of same room. One machine have average hash 1.8Th/s other is 2.05Th/s. Any possible explaination of a discrepancy of 10% on same pool between 2 machines same model and same batch? Looks weird to me and I do not have odea how to recover this 5% discrepancy.

Please give me a suggestion if any idea, thanks alot

I cannot login to my account. Says account locked.
Yesterday I tried it and it said "unknown user or bad password".
Tried to reset password and waiting for reset link 12hrs yet
No payouts since 17-05-2018..

I have: TX_TYPE: Debit_AP, Status: Confirmed, Payment address:(my correct address), TX#: blank (?!?!)
I should get my payment on: 2018-07-05 00:10:22 and 2018-07-06 14:54:22

Im afraid this pool is maybe stealing me hashrate, everything work great here at home,its mining... block getting 2x less hard to mine and suddenly my hashrate dissapear and my earning going down ? Im not mining since yesterday...

What is the reason for the big fluctuation of the current efficiency in the account of a miner. Not pool efficiency. Account efficiency.
