EXMO, Blocking users and fail to Withdraw your Coins

I purchased from EXMO.com ETH on 18th Jan 2018 and till that moment it is Withdraw Verifying !! and didn't even sent to the network and this is not the first time they do so. before last week i also withdraw BTC and it took 2days. I thought it is network problem. After they do it again in ETH I confirmed that they are doing business with clients money.

Moreover, They Blocked the client if he tried to contact them many time and you can find that on thiere website.

Why can’t I use the chat?

If you are not able to write anything in the chat, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
- you are not a registered user or have not logged in;
- you have not replenished your account;
- you were banned by the administration.

as you can read all over there official thread this happens since 1-2 months. And you also can read there, that it takes long, but they always pay.
So simply don't use exmo if you cant wait a month.

I don't know if Exmo account is responding in every topic concerning with their service, try posting your concern in their main thread (link given by Serpens66 in the above post). It is still active on posting there, replying to the users. After getting your money, I think it would be better if you use another option to avoid such a hassle.

This not logic in the Blockchain as it is decentralized Currencies not owned by exchanges to allow who can withdraw and who is not allowed!!!
and before i use EXMO i didn't see the previous post. So, i have issue now that my money not reachable and really loosing. They, Must solve the issue to stop dealing with them.

Resolved, They transfered it after multiple complains
