i can consider arc block as one of the similar amount of total supply and i am sure that it will reach the said  price or probably it might exceed it more because as other people say it has a lot of supporters and may are participating in their public sale and their token has a huge impact because they made a big volume that will surely make the price increase . Agree, basta marami ang participants at magtutulong-tulong ang bawat isa lalo na ang mga investor. Dumidepende rin kasi sa mga susuporta at tatangkilik sa project, kung maganda ang project malaki ang possible na maabot o sumobra pa ang target value nito.
