I made the transaction from yobit.net but while doing it, I didn't realize its offline so the money went to cold storage.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

there's nothing you can do
hopefully the wallet is set on auto cancel mode, you should have your coins 20 days from now, if you didn't, they are gone forever.
