Where are u going to store all the collected funds?

On Trezor and on exchange account (due to current market situation, this is the safest way). Although majority of the funds are getting straight allocated to the project development.

Yes, and it's better and easier to operate with integers (2 AIC, 10 AIC), than with fractional (0.00001 AIC). That's my point of view.

Only Russia i find..it`s  no bad, but for a lot of success project should have international team - it help realize project on many platform in many countries when you understand mindset  of people ffrom other countries.

As for now the supply of AIC tokens is very low to perform all this function, You mentioned higher and in the manner to consider AKAIITO the platform with mass adoption this should be taken into account.

 think hard cap they just do not have time to collect, the collection is very slow

I think that the hard cap will be hard to collect in such a falling market, but I do not think that this will prevent the team from creating a working product and getting recognition in the form of a hit in the top 50 crypto currency.

It is truly very tricky market currently, but as You said: nothing will stop Akaiito from development and release of the platform, even not 100% successful ICO

Regarding what big events in crypto space are held in Estonia it became one of the most progressive country in hosting Blockchain Conferences and many other startups are regarding Estonia as their base future place of  conducting ICOs.
