KYC requires a passport. So at least in all projects it is required.

Nope. There's nothing of that sort stated anywhere in the bounty thread or website. Can't tell if it'll be a future option, but anyways the investors are not using KYC so we're safe

I try to find, but it seems to be no information about advisors. Teams part will be vested for half a year. Probably there will be the same locked period for advisors.

Actually unsold tokens will not be issued by the Akaiito ICO smart contract, so there will be nothing to burn.
