The market overall is definitely not strong at the moment, but remember that's due to price speculation, in terms of the actual project development the LEGITIMATE projects are still proceeding as usual, it's not about the price but the tech and solution for them- and that's how you have to think as a participant in the market like this.

Look for projects you believe have a GENUINE USE CASE and solid fundamentals. For example, my favourite new project at the moment is WONO, a decentralised P2P platform for freelancing goofs and services. Wono are modernising the P2P industry using blockchain and smart contract technology to make the space more trustworthy and efficient. I work in the P2P space so know how problematic it is right now, and a blockchain based solution is something I personally am excited to follow.

In this market especially finding new projects really is about relying on your own fundamentals, check all of the necessary details E.g. Whitepaper, team, road map, but at the ne dof the day you have to believe they can change an industry in the long term.

Because they think that ico is the only good quick investment, but I do not think so. Investing in ico takes skill in studying and researching projects. If the person is just any investing then they will not be a success. It takes time to think about ico projects you want to invest. I think ICO will not last for long. It's dangerous but I still find it very very profitable to get the instance of CMT if I invest in its ICO and when it's at its peak at $ 1 I have had 10 times my money. Your job is to choose good projects to invest only
