I've been using the exchange today and it's very nice. Now I just went to withdraw some BTC to my wallet, and the fee is .2BTC!?! Seriously? Over 20$ to transfer my BTC back to my wallet? Please tell me that's an error and that you guys forgot to add some zeros before that 2!

My opinion is that troll boxes are really bad idea for exchange sites. I just hate them.

How many confirmations is needed to deposit BTC or NEC to my Phenixex account? I'm just wondering, made deposits one hour ago.

yeah long delay on deposit of NEC, also sent email got 1000NEC deposited more then i should

This is now fixed, it was just a display error, on the back end where it get processed the fees were correct.

Looking into the delayed deposits now..

I can see deposits now, but there is twice the ammount (BTC) i deposit?

I was having some delayed deposits too but I waited for a bit and it all came in correctly so no coins lost or anything. Just starting to make my first real trades now

BTW probably have said this before but loving the interface. Also as a suggestion think that when a pair is selected the buys/sells get auto filled to the current bid/ask?
