Do you predict crypto to get to new highs or the opposite ?
I speculate a sharp decline on Cryptocurrency specially Bitcoin this year.
Call it a inner feeling.

Right now it dont looks very good for 2018. But when you look back in the past five years, there was always a low on the beginning of the year. So you can speak about the year 2018 on the end of the year. Then we will see, and personally im very confident for this year!

It is too early to tell. It is just the start of the year although the price of bitcoin had been shaky this past few week. As for the altcoin, the start of 2018 was very good ETH, XRP, NEO and other altcoins had been steadily growing. |

I agree with you, this year is a sharp decline of the crypto world. initially, this incident is difficult to accept, because only this year the crypto world had a very bad day.

yes, maybe you call it with detection, but I rate this is a bad record of the crypto world in 2018, I've never seen such a sharp decline before now. and I also believe that 2018 is a good year for crypto. we will see from mid to late 2018. |

yes, maybe you call it with detection, but I rate this is a bad record of the crypto world in 2018, I've never seen such a sharp decline before now. and I also believe that 2018 is a good year for crypto. we will see from mid to late 2018. You can't expect prices to rais dramatically and to quickly at the speed bitcoin went till 20k last month, of course people are going to take a profit and take it consideration new investors who did they job at panic selling. If you look at the charts you may see that it wouldn't even surprise you if price went back till like 7-8k anything below that would be painful to watch. But we don't know how this whole thing will behave. For the long run I guess we are or should be safe but you never know. |

I'm apprehensive. Take a look at a all time chart for the Nasdaq, look at 2000, and if you dont see the parallels with Bitcoin price then good luck to you. Sustained drop below 10k signals a fall to ~8k if not all the way through to ~6k, theres. Some individual crypto will do OK, hold major crypto for the long (as in proper long, not crypto long) term, but now probably isn't a time to invest new cash.

No doubt that beginning of 2018 was not good for Bitcoin but it has been estimated by economist that its price will rise up to 40,000. So lets hope for the best!:) |

When around such a hype as now, a year can not be unsuccessful for a cryptocurrency. Now there is a lot of negative news, but this is common. I am sure that the rise in prices and the utility of cryptocurrency in 2018 will pleasantly surprise everyone. |

No doubt that beginning of 2018 was not good for Bitcoin but it has been estimated by economist that its price will rise up to 40,000. So lets hope for the best!:) The beginning of 2018 is not good for bitcoin and altcoins but this is just a beginning , there is a lot of days, weeks, and months to come to us that we encounter in year of 2018 ,so its just a beginning not the end of a year and also not the end of altcoins and bitcoin . |

Seems like for me this year will be a bit weird. I don't really think this year will be good for bitcoin and altcoins prices, but bitcoin is becoming mainstream and it has its advantages and inconvenients, like states trying to control the market... This will be interesting for sure

I believe this Year will be good for the cryptocurrencies. The start is little slower but it has been caused by the big volatility on the end of 2017. After a few modifications, we will see surge and big demand for BTC.

Let's start off by saying that every year is a good year for cryptocurrency. With that said, 2018 will be the year for adoption. More people will own cryptocurreny then ever, make sure you're own of those people!

In my opinion, we don't know what will happen in the upcoming months this 2018. But I hope that this 2018 will be the greatest year for all the bitcoin users all over the world. I wish that the value of bitcoin will increase and the scammers will be detected. More money to invest so that the money will be multiplied. This 2018 will be good for cryptocurrency. |

it will be both good and bad year for cryptocurrency. a good year because bitcoin is growing a lot more and it will bring in a lot of money and introduce cryptocurrency to a lot of people which is the bad part because they come in after seeing bitcoin and the usability of it, specially with Lightning Network, and then end up falling for some altcoin shit advertisement and lose a lot of money. Call it a inner feeling.

I believe bitcoin and altcoins will be very good in this year.The price of all the coins has increased a lot.Hopefully, the price may rise again after a few days.I think bitcoin will grow more.Holding good coins can make many profits possible. |
