hello.

maybe you can help me...
I want to buy some tokens of WELL, because I think it's great idea (and i'm interest in telehealth consultations).
can you tell me what you think about this project?
https://joinwell.io/

if I understand, today is last day of 40% bonus, so if you can, please leave comment here and now:)
thank you:)

Well, imo 40% discount is a bad sign for any ICO. Perhaps WELL is a good project, I don't see a clear business model. My suggestion is to stay away from the projects you don't understand

Check this out. Ethereumsoft  ESFT
They are building a platform for fast and secure transfers. Check it out here
http://vy.tc/egiFm73

What is the difference from smart-contracts? Do they have any working product?

I would advise you to pay attention to Morpheus Network.
Token presale will commence on February 23rd, 2018.
" The Morpheus Network is the first platform designed to execute large money transfers to over 1600 banks internationally, using the newest and fastest blockchain technology, as an objective in a Smart Contract for globally transacting businesses. " (C)
I think this is a great solution to many of the problems that are now on the net.

Take a look on the page 13 of this research, it can help with your evaluation of selected projects https://webforms.ey.com/Publication/vwLUAssets/ey-research-initial-coin-offerings-icos/$File/ey-research-initial-coin-offerings-icos.pdf

I don't think discounts (even if it is 40%) are a red flag. I don't know anything about WELL, it might as WELL be a scam (see what I did there?), but many ICOs have huge bonuses and are still legit, at least from my point of view. I remember I once got around 30% bonus on a late december purchase of giftz tokens, which I consider to be a good project and the fact that they gave away a good bonus won't change it.
Well, I guess it is time to look into WELL

Yes. That's one ICO that I'm headed for. I have another option that is EFFECT.AI. It's a blockchain platform that powers AI network administration. That's a pretty cool project too. Hard cap is only over 14 million euros. EFFECT builds on the NEO platform. Promise is a very hot project.

You should check Current project out. First they have a working API, The Current Media Platform launched
the first stage of its product to the Apple App Store in Q2 2017. Over 200,000 users have used current to stream contents. It's a good project worth putting some money on. It's all about getting paid while you stream your favorite contents from Spotify  YouTube etc.

Looks cool. Especially the idea of incentivizing/pay users for their participation. I did a few checks and discovered that their community is already booming. Over 20k Telegram members which is just impressive. Will do more research while I keep an eye on either the public presale or main sale (That's if tokens will even remain for the main sale event)

That's the best part of it. Getting paid while steaming ones most favourite content not just enriching the platform owners. Current tends to give back to the users a benefit for using any steaming platform.

My favorite so far: TEND is quite different since it's securities tokens you're investing into... Check it out:

Bonus doesn't affect on the product, however, tokens have dual nature. Since tokens are being traded on exchanges, the team should care about the price strategy. Can you explain me how 40% will prevent the fall of the price when some major participants will drop their tokens in order to get guaranteed profit.

Huge bonus is not a red flag for a product, but it's a red flag for the token price for sure. Let me know if I'm wrong

There are many promising ICO projects out there. However, these are the ones which I'll be looking for the upcoming two months:
1. Bee Token - https://www.beetoken.com/
2. MedicalChain - https://medicalchain.com/en/
3. Omnitude - https://concourseq.io/Q/Omnitude
4. AgroTechFarm (ATF) - https://www.agrotechfarm.io/

Nice list, thanks a lot

Your topic made me in.  I also have same interest but for me it is not that important to limit all by February and March. Why?! Let's make it a review team.

Thanks. We've choosed the timeframe just because we have not unlimited amount of money. But go ahead, feel free to suggest other interesting projects here or create a new topic for another time of this year

I got no clue why so many people suggest Arcblock which looks a bit suspicious. Today I found REMME, which looks much more trustful and promising for me. Any thoughts on it?

Declined (let us know if we're wrong!)

9 https://www.wepower.network/ (EU), https://hydrocoin.org/ (EU), https://kwhcoin.com/ (US, CA) — green energy trading platforms. All the green energy trading are being considered as too risky for now because of the lack of viable usecases.

WePower. Compared to other energy related projects seems that they are actually doing much more than others , they are partnering with Estonian Energy company in order to tokenise energy market. Since energy market is one of these industries where blockchain could be very useful and this is the first real action of Blockchain company to work with EU energy company ( as far as i have researched), this ICO could be more significant than one could think at the start.

My pics for February and March.

CREDITS. They are developing cheap and fast payment block chain which can work with high volumes. I like that even tough there is huge interest in their project, their HArdCap is 15 million $, they are not greedy.

FORTY SEVEN New age bank/fintech. I like this project because Fintech is hot and this team seems to have a TON of innovative ideas. Also their Team is solid, they are group of international professionals , saw them on RIGA COM conference.

Hello guys. I've just heard from a Token Sale 2.0 starting now in Switzerland. Seems like they want to build a plattform connecting the investment world with the sharing economy. They will be issuing a security token. Seems very legit, any opinions?  Smiley

Thanks for suggestion, looks interesting indeed

Hi everyone! I've been reading all the top altcoin discussions and blockchain news around 4 or 5 months. Now I feel like I'm ready to get some practice Cool

My friend knows a bit more in trading, so we decided to invest together from the start. In February we plan to spend around $10k to buy different tokens. The same in March. We don't plan to get "easy money" or something like that, so we will reject any spammy or overadvertised projects. Projects with huge pre-sale discounts will be also rejected.

We're looking for long-term projects aimed to change some existing industry with blockchain. I'm gonna to check every project mentioned in the newsfeed, in this topic, and in every trustworthy list like ICOrating. For now we decided to start from Telecom and Marketing Automation areas.

Of course we all do our own researches. However, I believe that together we will be able to guard ourselves from scam/crap and find real brilliants in blockchain ocean.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Selected for February (Jan 29th)
1 https://bubbletone.io ? Graphene smarcontracts aimed to eliminate mobile roaming fees. The same phone number around the world. Mobile tarification by local prices anywhere. Working prototype, strong team. Dublin, Ireland.
2 http://grain.io ? simplifying smartcontracts for work agreements
3 https://www.policypal.network ? Insurance for the Unbanked and Cryptoassets
4 https://en.worldwifi.io/ (Singapore), https://iungo.network/ (Estonia, EU) ? Free WiFi Powered by blockchain. Share Wi-Fi, Earn tokens, see spammy ads in order to use WiFi for free.

Don't be quite if you see a suspiciuous one!

Selected for March
Global economy
1 TON cryptocurrency. WP: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oaKoJDWvhtlvtQEuqxgfkUHcI5np1t5Q/view
2 https://omnitude.tech/ ? helps to evolve mass adoption of cryptocurrencies
3 https://www.globalicofund.com ? interesting whitepaper, but doubtful token

Data simplification
https://daneel.io ? helps with trading decision making

Declined (let us know if we're wrong!)
1 https://qlink.mobi/ ? Decentralized Mobile Network. This is a mix of several services, including new cryptocurrency. Seems unfocused.
2 Tutellius.io ? great concept, poor tokensale model. We won't participate in any tokensale with such a big presale discount
3 https://experty.io/ ? the app aimed to monetize expert's time and efforts. More than just marketplace. Great concept also, but we don't believe in business model
4 https://valid.global/ ? control on your personal data. We don't think the business model is viable
5 https://vinchain.io/ The whole Truth about a Vehicle?s History on a Blockchain. The model is not viable (opinion)
6 NTOK.io ? Blockchain online education platform. Idea is great but business model doesn't seem viable
7 https://adhive.tv ? Marketing. AI-controlled influencer marketing platform. This is great, but mixes 2 young technologies. We think it's better to choose: AI or blockchain?
8 https://www.gilgameshplatform.com ? a self-governing, knowledge-sharing social network platform powered by Ethereum smart contracts. Great concept. Too far from business reality imo.
9 https://www.wepower.network/ (EU), https://hydrocoin.org/ (EU), https://kwhcoin.com/ (US, CA) ? green energy trading platforms. All the green energy trading are being considered as too risky for now because of the lack of viable usecases.
10 https://www.arcblock.io/ ? overadvertised, scam accusations
11 IQeon ? not clear blockhain usage. Promises of income in fiat money while remain anonimity
12 https://www.sooloox.com/ ? Monetizing customer's data. We concluded that customer's data is already stolen by global corporations, nobody is interested to buy it.
13 Aktie.Social, Fabric, ClearCoin, Gonetwork ? we don't invest in spammy advertised projects

Just a sidenote - globalicofund runs throughout February and crowdsale ends on 2nd of March. Opening in a couple of hours
