Core balance shows zero bitref shows a balance

I recently installed core tranfered over an old wallet did rescan twice and balance still shows zero balance in core am I missing something? Bitref says I have a balance of 0.00569452 or something close to that.

Yes it is I think I had a password on my old qt would that not show a balance unless I put it in or only if I was to try and send?

Bitcoin Core balance =0
Bitref and blockchain.info = balance
Bitcoin core= fully synced.

Are you sure that Bitcoin Core actually contains your addresses? If you go to the Receiving Addresses list, do you see addresses you recognize?

The sending address is the one I am getting the balance from.

What block does Bitcoin Core say it is synced up to? Hover over the checkmark in the lower right hand corner and it will tell you. Or go to Help > Debug Console and it will say there too.

I had two wallets in the folder one with a different name than wallet I am doing a rescan now and then after it syncs I will reply.
