It is upto you but for me storing is good but its more good if you do trading you will get more money as far as now the value of bitcoin is so volatile theres a chance to get more profit if you know all about trading try to use some trusted exchanger this is my advise.

Yaa it is indeed the best time to invest but still the situation is bit tricky as the prices are not stable and they are dipping again and again just after some recovery.My advice would be to invest small amount in bitcoin with a gap of few days as you will get a clear idea of where the bitcoin is heading and if it gets further dip you can reduce your loss as well as you can get your bitcoin in cheap and if the prices increases you can invest more and can get good profit too.So it would be smart move to invest in part rather than invest whole in one time.

I think you're still not too late to buy some bitcoins, The price now is increasing because there are many investors last january and february when the price fall back as an effect of many sellers last december 2017. This time is still a good time to invest, we don't know the price will move up tomorrow or next month. Just be patient.
