Not for a long term investment mate. Ripple is only good for pump and dump or trading, this is centralized and managed by banks so you'd either choose for a short term investment or just stay away from it.

 I don't think XRP has very long future. Becuase banks can use RippleNet but don't have to use XRP.
And this is centralized coin not like almost other in this blockchain network.
I buy low for it pump and sell it out

Ripple is best for day trading, not for long term investment but if you want some long term coin go for SIA and XVG. These coins worth investing for long term. In my

I would stay far away from ripple? Wonder why?  Well the creators own a super majority of the total ripple.  Ripple is not a real cryptocurrency either.  Its centralized and is not like bitcoin at all.

Ripple is centralised coin, owners have billions and they have absolutely no reason to want to see its price rises because that will make them super rich

Is it a joke? I doubt the intelligence of someone who said is the best coin ripple Cheesy
Best coin is always bitcoin. The second best ethereum, the third best neo. Neo and Ethereum have the greatest potential Smiley

Yes, I understand your reasoning. I also do not want to get stuck in a long time / long-term investment. If xrp is already pump, then i ready to sell. Not wanting to take risks and I still doubt the future of ripple.

I believe this is the most overrated coin in the market , obviously not the best coin to invest for long term , it's centralized of course and has a huge supply so I think his price is very overrated , the thing that he reached 3 $ for some time is just crazy and I believe his price should be not more than 10 cents , my opinion dude stay away of it , bitcoin is the best investment and should be the best for a long way .

Ripple can never reach the mark which the other currencies like ltc, btc, eth etc have reached. It's not even decentralized.
Wouldn't suggest ripple for long term.

Ripple will reach $10 this year, and $150 long term

How do you know that? Just a speculation? Is there any new news about Ripple?
I can not see any reason to be $ 150. Please tell us your reasons.

It would need 30x the current marketcap of Bitcoin to reach $150,- that would be around 5,85 trillion, which would be 10x the volume of the whole crypto market atm. Do you really think thats realistic?

Yes, but on 5+ years long run, if they manage to take away big chunk of SWIFT business

Nope, if you support cryptocurrency and free markets, dont support centralized proyects from banks like Ripple... Wink

Ripple is a bank? Can you give us link where you found that information?

From the realistic perspective of Ripple, it would be fair that in 10 years it would reach a 10% share of the global transfers, that is, $ 0.270 quadrillion per year (the fourth part that Swift currently has). Therefore, the market to be reached by Ripple in the near future will be $ 270,000,000,000,000 per year.

To obtain the price of XRP we will have to resort to the formula of Irving Fischer of 1911 on the speed of money:

MV = PT

In which:

M = Amount of Money

V = Money speed or velocity (number of turns)

P = Price

T = Number of Transactions

If PT is the total amount of transactions per annum, we will replace it with the market share of Ripple, that is, $ 0,270 billiards per year.

Hence:

$ 0,270 quadrillion = MV

If the Monetary Mass is the number of XRP in the market, which is limited to 38,739,142,811 x Price = M

And the average velocity of XRP is V=46 (average last 3 months)

Applied to the formula:

$ 270,000,000,000,000 = 38,739,142,811 x Price x 46

and Clearing the Price, we get the intrinsic value (ceteris paribus) of XRP:

XRP = $ 151.51

Of course, all this depends IF and HOW FAST will Ripple take 10% market

Analysis is not mine, credit goes to:

Ripple is centralized coin and its not really good for long term investment.
I dont really interest with ripple in my portofolio but short term investment will be oke i think.
I prefer to invest in etherium than ripple.

Ever since i read the news about ripple having a lawsuit by a certain bank ive lost faith in it. Ive sold my ripple thinking that the company would eventually go down and my coin will drop in its value. For me ripple is not one of the best option to have as it may drop its price in the following months.
Just my opinion but if you want to go further with ripple then better read some online articles about them and how things are going with the lawsuit.
