I am living in Canada and its so great that Canada has been attracting digital money companies to invest. Bitmain, the world's largest Bitcoin operator, is considering moving its operating office to Canada. At the same time, Hydro Quebec (Canada) negotiates with about 30 Bitcoin operators on their migration plans. How about your countries?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I can not say that Canada is the best place for BTC,but certainly has great potential for mining farms due to the very favorable climate. Also in my opinion Canada is a politically stable country without some major problems(how it appears to us in Europe).

By what I read Hydro Quebec will offer miners the cheapest electric energy in Canada so this in combination with cool climate will be an ideal situation for mining.I do not know what are the regulations regrading BTC and cryptocurrency in Canada,is there any tax, restrictions or something like that?

it sounds great that your country is such open to bitcoin. It means so much to have a politically stable country. I hope in Europe Bitcoin will have the same

you know it is really great that the exchanges or mining operations move to Canada and I keep my fingers crossed for you wishing you all the best. It is definitely good for Canada.

But it doesn't make the real difference for average bitcoin users. What WOULD make a real difference is places to spend bitcoin for services and products. Unfortunately, it is not going to happen with current fees. Maybe Lightning Network will help here

It is encouraging to see that some countries are willing to forge ahead and test new ground in the financial area. Switzerland is somewhere that has also embraged the idea of Bitcoin and crypto currency in general with Zero capital gains tax on trading and profits. Good luck to those living in Canada

It's not for to happen since Canada is known to be efficient in terms of energy. Big mining farms from china might target to put-up their farms in Canada as well. Its good to hear that some countries are accepting cryptocurrency.

That's indeed a great news for the crypto community. Canada initially cracked up heavily on ICOs so that no one can use their country to pull funds from the community and cheat people and now welcoming the legal crypto businesses. Great job indeed.

My county has formed a committee to debate on the crypto related matters and Its impact on our economy. They are yet come up with a concrete decision. Our general budget is being finalised now and it will be revealed on 1st Feb this year. We are expecting something to come up for the crypto as well on that day.

Canada is one of the best countries to accept the existence of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency,
they see the cryptocurrency as an opportunity not as a threat, although to the concerns of cryptocurrency in use as terrorist financing and money laundering remains there.

It's pretty good to live because of your speech so it's nice to have your place in canada and then I can also come to know how to run the bitcoin.

Canada is good place for mining, there is good weather and a lot of unused energy reserves, big territory..
One official accept by government, and Canada will be capital of mining

Yeah but hydro Quebec has screwed themselves and they didn't expect this much demand. They won't even have enough power to provide to everyone so they'll need to either raise prices or turn people down. I'd like to somehow mine there but it seems like they're only giving break to massive mining farms. No idea if that's true or not.

It does seem like an ideal place for everything Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, including mining operations, I've just never heard much controversy surrounding Bitcoin acceptance in Canada it seems like a technology they're fulling embracing.

Not just good climate it also has very very cheap electricity so mining can be done pretty cheaply in comparison to other places
