I have a question, the answer is not found.
if I have no seed. I can go in my wallet. See the parishes. When i try to send coins Electrum asks for code from google authentificator.
 I don't have since removed for a long time program.

Question : is it possible somehow to remove this ? reset ? request again ?

If it is asking for a code from Google Authenticator, then it appears that you have setup an Electrum 2FA wallet.

As per the docs from TrustedCoin (https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/electrum-help), the only way to remove (or reset) the 2FA requirement is with the 12 word seed. If you don't have the seed, then you cannot restore the wallet

If you still remember what email address you used when originally setting up the wallet, you might be able to contact TrustedCoin (https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/contact-us) and see if they will send you the QR code necessary to reset the Google Authenticator.

2fa is usually a cell phone. Why not restore the google auth app to another cell phone? In the documentation for the google auth there is a procedure for changing from one phone to another.

Caveat - I don't know that that works if you have long ago deinstalled the auth, but it is worth looking into.
