I think Stex Exchange looks too good to be true because It provide better liquidity, very small bid/ask spread, and thousands of direct coin-to-coin cross-rates. Plus commission-free trades  I think so. I got this information in White paper. Stex Exchange has many outstanding features STeX.exchange provides: -Real-world financial instruments never before seen in crypto exchanges -The highest liquidity of any cryptocurrency exchange -The best rates available, aggregating from all major exchanges -10,000 cross rates between the top 100 coins of Q1 2018 -Access to advanced order types and intuitive trade automation tools -‘Trustless’ trading - our exchange managers have 0 access to your account funds -The ability to participate in the platform and receive 100% dividends monthly, paid in ETH There does seem to be some new plans in the works regarding a seperate STeX Exchange utility token. More information on this soon. With some new plan, I guess they will make STeX.UP program to become more and more attractive for the holders. Let's wait for the good news from them  |

True. There's been some bumps in the road for sure, but the alpha release is set to be ready in march 2018, so let's see what happens from there. I think Nicholas and his team will deliver. |

I think it will affect not only Stex Exchange but also others Exchange, but they will find a way to meet the requirements and fit into regulations. |

They expect this process to be completed in 3-5 years from launch. Many procedures must be in place including well trained staff to fit regulators requirements.  |
