Yes as newbie we need to post a helpful one to contribute here. And yes what we need to do is avoid spamming. Being here is not just collecting money but I think matter the most is being helpful to the community.

Activity depends on two factors, number of days and number of posts, so you can not increase your rank in a single day, you will have to wait for it for some days.
