At 50%, I think it's too late to sell at loss. If checking these prices scares you, just hold on and try to avoid to check prices

If you still believe in the project, you can buy a bit more to lower your average investment per coin, but do that only if you still think the coin might have a future. It's risky but with serious projects, it can be a good idea.

Well, in my own experience I stopped and hold my coins until they recover and if they do then I'm going to shift them into another coins but before that I'm going to choose what's the best coin to invest that will surely will pump after few weeks of months.

I have seen your coins list you have invested mostly in high supply coins. But still I would advice you to hold it. It is no use to book loss now holding would be the best option because we never know when these coins will rise again so holding can be fruitful. If I were you I would hold or I will buy more coin at dip because it can help me to reduce the buying price average So that when market will rise again I can easily recover my loss.

I wouldn't worry also, the prices are only a short view on what is going on in crypto. Most altcoins have prices that recover.

Just try to find why it dropped, maybe it's just some random speculation, or something more serious.
Then analyse it, see if what made you buy the coin still there, if the answer is yes, keep it, otherwise, sell it.
