Well, revenge is sweet only if it doesnt involved something like a conflict or a fight, those ones can backfire and you will need to revenge twice  . The sweet ones are those that come by themself.You have not gone personally to revenge,the person is feeling the revenge in his heart as a result of how successful you have become.

revenge is debatable but i suppose since rarelly anyone can prove anything untill there will be an arbitrary system there is wild wild west or free for all with only the consciousness as your judge

Revenge helps no one and doesn't resolve anything. All it does is to sow more hate and a continuous cycle of retaliation and inflicting pain to others. Choose to forgive rather than revenge.

avenging is not a good solution, if you want to live in peace, indeed when you take revenge you will feel a sense of satisfaction for a moment, but a few days later you will be haunted by guilt for having avenged you against your enemy, both in religion it is strictly forbidden to avenge anyone. If I am in your position, I will tend to avenge it with kindness, whether you remain friends with the person, instead giving something possible for those who hate you, such as saying happy birthday and giving gifts to the person. Maybe the person will be surprised that you have been hurt or hated for so long, chances are that the person will be thinking and being kind to you. Try to do good to those who hate you, I am sure they will feel guilty to you. And forgive them and pray for them so that one day they may become aware of their wrong actions.

I was told a long time ago by my father "that it is tough to get ahead if you are trying to get even".  I don't know if he read that somewhere or if it is one of his originals, but it sure has worked for me.  I write it off and move on.  I cut all ties with someone that has done me wrong, and I never look back.  I have to assume it was my mistake for associating with them, and I work hard not to make the same mistake again.

We cannot blame if everyone feels hatred especially their love ones was an innocent victim of the incident for sure revenge is the only answer of what they felt, but in other side you make the situation worst, the best thing to do is to complain the suspect to the proper authorities and file a case against said person.

Yes your right, takibg revenge is not a good idea really not, you will just put your self in to a complicated situation. Let law work for you atleast in a right way and manner. It is easy to say that just forgive them and dont take revenge but then it is hard to do. The pain is still there and it will not leave your heart because it is really hard to for give. But lets come into our senses God forgives us even the most capital sin that we have done.

If in the situation you are attacked by others without any apparent reason then in the situation your life is at risk, and given a chance to pull your gun in your waist line then give a shot to the head of the said attackers., revenge at the same time self defense was executed

The act of taking revenge is not a good choice. No matter how deep the pain you feel, never try to retaliate. Why? Because by replying, it shows you as bad as him. The act of retaliation will lead to feelings of guilt and create new problems.

Revenge is the strong inner felling that comes out when someone cheat us,betray or left us behind critical circumstances.Its the inner felling which can make one demon and can force him to do whatever he wishes in order to take revenge.

I can understand how getting revenge can be tempting but I think it's just short-term relief, and it leaves one with bad feelings inside. When you take revenge, you internalise the bad energy from the person you want to take revenge against, which is not healthy.

There is a reason why they call it sweet revenge! It gives a certain good feeling in the moment. But long term, it's not worth it. It is better to rise above the other person's behaviour, practice better communication, and learn to let go. We cannot control other peoples' actions.

Revenge is an evil thing. If we push through it, it will just lead us to bothering hatred and anger. It is better to forgive the people who hurt us and forgive them for what they did for it will completely give us peace. Time heal all wounds and I believe that through time, your heart will also heal as well. Revenge won't give us a peaceful life.

I was confused about why a leopard would risk it's own health and life to 'teach a lesson' to some other species which has wronged it (a human in the case of interest.)  I asked a friend of mine who is knowlegable about big cats what was going on.  He told me that in the cat's native environment, they run across the same individual (of totally different species) repeatedly over their life due to overlapping ranges, and having a reputation as a vindictive individual is of value.  The same principle certainly applies in humans.
