First you need to take a look about the project, the dev team behind it and considering reputable bounty manager is a plus.

I recommend viewing the available bounty activities on icobench with a rating of 4 or higher. These activities have high potential in the market because they are rated by experts.

Many bounty program  take weeks time , Before joining any bounty, you'd better do some research and try to communicate with the bounty  manager, when will end, because most of project will postpone.

OP, i highly suggest to you to first and foremost to scrutinize the bounty managers name. If a bounty campaign is administer by a highly regarded and well respected bounty manager, that campaign is without a doubt good. In my own experience, they also see to it that we were paid accordingly. I must say that with a good bounty manager, you are in good hands. But then again i reiterate that this was base on my own experience.

white paper and a good team make a bounty project a success, the team involves and the amount allocated to the bounty, all these are the main determinants of the outcome of a good bounty.

Pick a good bounty program manager. My manager today is really great in investing themselves to the campaign they are working on. You find a good campaign manager, then you're pretty much settled for the future because they'll eventually pay you with A LOT of tokens. They're really generous.

You can consider a campaign if it good or not by reading the whole whitepaper itself. The whitepaper is the detailed how the project be launch, their road map how will they get funds for their ICO etc. Also you can search on google the teams who will run the campaign.

There are a lot of posts about "How to know if the campaign is a scam" and they are almost the same you must search in this forum and you will learn a lot, i will just tell what i know to tell if a bounty program is good, look at their team if they showing their faces and if their contribution to the campaign is well elaborated then that is one point read their whitepaper and see if their mission and vision is great and if will solve a problem that the worlds need then thats two points, visit their website look if their website is well build and their are no bugs thats three, last look carefully on the campaign manager because sometimes their are the one who destroys the Campaign.

In fact, with my experience of choice. As long as you understand and trust the bounty campaign manager well and responsibly. That has a huge impact on the outcome of a bounty / ICO campaign of quality and reliability. In other words, the bounty manager is the middleman between Devs and working directly with bounty players. Except for experiences, as well as checking the legality and seriousness of the project. It has a myriad of related issues. I am often interested in the campaign of Mr.Cryptos or Arteezy. They have great campaigns and the idea of the project is practical and close to the people. That has a huge impact on bringing the benefits and performance of the blockchain industry closer to the needs and intentions of users.

The advice here is one: carefully study the project itself, the project team, white paper and the road map of the project. Only in this way you can understand: good is a project or a fraud in order to raise money. I do not know other options.

Only relying on your intuition and experience that you can get if you meet with scam projects, but it will be anyway, because today we have a lot of scammers that spend bounty, but then do not pay anything, I think that like today is very common.

The good bounty if introduced by at least member rank as a moderator. And we need to check their website first, their developer trust and their team. Second i look the bounty amount to be distributed.

Yes you should join to those manager who have positive trust to avoid those scammers, but don't expect that the campaign you are joining is always success because sometimes there are ico that didn't reach their goal .

i think in knowing good bounties that are okay to participate in, you need to checkout certain ICO rating website that do ratings on the ICOs and know what to look out for, then you can then say whether they are good bounty valued ICOs or not
