As per the instruction received in the "Merit" thread, this is my proposal to be a merit source. I have focused on the Spanish local forum, that is in need of quality posts or even in need of some relevant posts at all.
By the way, the alts forum in Spanish is full of [ANN]. It discourages any posting, as it is likely to be buried in commercial threads and be ignored. Could there be a child there?
