In fact I will be even more extreme : There is no Bitcoin any more and/or there is no Bitcoin yet.
With some marginal exceptions no type of Bitcoin is actually used as a coin nowadays, but just as a store of value. People don't buy them because they need them to buy something, but because they expect that they will rise in value. They are all now just assets, not coins.

They buy wrong coin because they don't have enough about coin, especially new coin. I'm newbie too, but when I wanna make decision to buy or 'execute' about coin, I ask first to my friend who more know and many knowledge about coin.

There a lot of forked coin from bitcoin, go to wikipedia and type bitcoin fork. All kind of bitcoin fork will show up such as bitcoincash, bitcoin diamond, bitcoin gold etc. They can chose whatever coin they want to invest, every body got their own mind about it, and if that fork really improve something such as reduce fee and make faster transaction there no time to wory about wich one is real.
As a newbies you should do a reaserch first before you are planning to buy some coins for your investment. Because it serves you as a guide to choose the right coins. The reasons why some newbies are picked the wrong coins because they don't have enough knowledges an idea what is the right coins to choose. |

I don't think lot of newbie were bought bitcoin cash instead of bitcoin because there is difference in the prices so they can identify them easily and I wonders some people investing on the cryotocurrency even don't know its name because ofnthe greediness.But I never suggest anyone to invest on bitcoin cash because it is just a forked free coin.

Not just buying the wrong coins, they also join the wrong icos that similar to hyip program and ponzi scheme. I think in this new age and era, we have to be smart enough and good enough to know which one is a scam and which one is real one. So, I have to admit I use to be a broker awhile ago I got out of the markets 2 months before 2008 sept crash. I haven’t traded anything since then, I been too busy traveling around the world for so many years to even bother looking at shares as I have been busy focusing on healing myself and healing and helping others and homeless animals.
It means that investment is not easy thing. We need to be much knowledgeable and aware to this system therefore we can choose what is right and better. This will gives a lesson to all newbies here. It always says that don't ever undergo in one thing that you don't know exactly what it is and how it is because it will lead you to go in a crick. So it is better that do summarization first and study about anything that connected to your perspective investment for you to avoid any losses. |

worth the attention and remember, especially for the newbie. because now a lot of new coins and also a new token. we don't know for sure the future prospects of the coin. okay if our analisys states that the coin can go up and become a good prospect. but when the market plummets like this, even new coins can disappear. to find safe, better buy big coins, such as bitcoin or etherum, although in small numbers.
