 I made a research about this project and find out that there were issues related to it. The first thing to check out about ICO project is the Dev team, and it shows that there is no information about the actual team. And its even more questionable because it has no information about its technology.It was also found out that their web page was just stole from another web page even the logo and background image. Their social media account also is suspicious and might  be a fake account. I was about to invest with it and luckily found a good review about it. Maybe you should make more reading about it to see wether it is legit one.
